TERMS OF SERVICE — MODERN STAPLE

1. AGREEMENT
By accessing modernstaple.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
All items are made to order and produced by our print production partner (Printify and its network of print providers). Product images may include mockups; minor variations in color, print placement, and sizing between the image and the finished item can occur and are not defects.

3. PERSONALIZATION CONTENT
When you submit text or other content for a personalized item: (a) you confirm you have the right to use it and that it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights, and isn't unlawful, hateful, or harassing; (b) we may decline and refund any order whose requested personalization we reasonably believe is infringing, offensive, or unlawful; (c) your text is printed exactly as entered, including spelling and capitalization; (d) you grant us the limited license needed to print your submitted content on your order. We don't reuse your personalization text for anything else.

4. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and refund any order (for example, suspected fraud, unavailable product, or personalization we decline under Section 3). Your order is an offer to purchase; it's accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or the payment provider shown at checkout — we never see or store your card details.

5. CANCELLATIONS
Personalized orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, before production begins. Standard made-to-order items may be cancelled only before production begins. After production starts, orders can't be cancelled.

6. SHIPPING AND EVENT DATES
Processing and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. If you're ordering for a wedding, party, or holiday, please order early — we aren't liable for delays caused by carriers or production partners, though we'll always help track down a late order.

7. RETURNS
Handled per our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Made-to-order and personalized items are final sale except for damage, defects, misprints, our personalization
